今ここにあるのはスライスされていない現実

Our lives are being sliced and broken down into parts — to be shared out on the internet in ever-thinning increments until it loses all meaning and sense.

Can't we escape from this web?

The web, aptly named; a like-based economy, a distraction sold to us from smiling executives. A filter, through which life is meant to be experienced, supplying make-believe to be 'liked' by the other.
